We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
-Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
-Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service requests
-Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
-Assist with paperwork and administrative tasks
-Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations
-Provide excellent customer service and support
Qualifications
-Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
-Experience with CRM software is an asset
-Must be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
