THE DAY TO DAY:
- Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram — crafting posts that are on-brand, timely, and engaging
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with company milestones, campaigns, and seasonal moments
- Design marketing materials including brochures, one-pagers, and social graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent
- Build out project profile pages for our website, showcasing completed work in a compelling, polished format
- Support the launch and ongoing momentum of our newly published company website
- Monitor analytics and engagement across platforms, bringing insights back to the team
- Bring fresh, creative ideas that push our brand forward and attract the right clients and talent
WHAT WE ARE LOKING FOR:
- Strong eye for design and an instinct for what makes content stop the scroll
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) — you know the algorithms, the trends, and the tone
- Proficiency in at least one design tool: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Solid writing skills — clear, engaging, and adaptable to different audiences and tones
- Comfortable with basic website content management (WordPress)
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and deliverables with minimal supervision
- A positive, outgoing personality that reflects the energy we want our brand to project
NICE TO HAVES:
- Post-secondary education or coursework in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
- Experience with video content creation or basic video editing (Reels, TikTok-style short-form)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Portfolio of past social media work, branding projects, or design samples
WHAT WE OFFER:
