We’ve reimagined a 100-year-old Beaver Valley landmark into a vibrant daytime destination: a cozy café paired with boutique wellness suites. Our vision is a welcoming hub rooted in coffee, creativity, and self-care, where locals and visitors feel inspired and at home.
The Role
We’re looking for Baristas who are friendly, reliable, and passionate about hospitality. You’ll make specialty drinks, prepare light food, and create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest. No previous barista experience? We’ll train the right people who bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and handle guest questions.
- Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system, including cash handling.
- Assist with light food prep (sandwiches, salads, baked goods).
- Support inventory and restocking, notifying the manager of shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, prep, and café areas in line with food safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience is strongly preferred, but training is provided.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Reliable and organized, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days).
- Flexible availability including weekends (required).
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time roles available.
- Early mornings, weekends, and seasonal flexibility required.

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour
