*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to handle both serving and cashiering duties efficiently. *Responsibilities* - Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately - Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales - Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are sanitized - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation *Requirements* - Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities - Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures - Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
