Job Overview
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our bustling establishment. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train a candidate with no previous experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of hospitality to foster a welcoming environment for guests.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
- Oversee food handling and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage POS systems
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to uphold brand standards
Qualifications (preferred but not necessary as long as the candidate is willing to learn and commit)
- Supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedure
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen practices
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Communication skills with the ability to interview, train, and develop staff members
Pay: $20.00 per hour
