Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable 1A Drivers and Equipment Operators to join our team. Applicant must be able to work in Canada and speak fluent English. This role involves operating heavy machinery, commercial vehicles, and other farm equipment through the harvest season. We are a large, progressive farming operation in Southern Sask.
Responsibilities
- Operate semis with superb trailers, combines, tractors pulling grain carts, sprayers and other equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles to ensure proper functioning
- Assist with maintenence, service and fueling of all equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license, 1A wanted
- Experience operating , ag equipment, driving trucks or other ag machinery
- Basic automotive repair skills are a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to operate heavy farm machinery safely in various environments
- Strong attention to detail
