Job Description Company Overview
We are seeking professional, friendly, and service-oriented Servers to join our hospitality team in Vaughan and Richmond Hill. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring guests receive outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Uphold the company's standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be available to work weekends morning, evenings, and night shifts.
- Flexible availability is strongly preferred.
- Must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.
