Duties

- Assist in landscape installation including planting, grading, and soil preparation to create stunning outdoor spaces
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various construction tasks
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Install flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, and perform carpentry tasks as needed for landscape features or structures
- Conduct masonry work including brickwork and stone installation
- Support construction estimating efforts by measuring materials and assisting with project planning
- Execute general construction painting, caulking, and other finishing touches to enhance project quality
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics for precise installation or repair work
- Familiarity with restoration techniques to repair or refurbish existing structures or landscapes
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform demanding manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a safety-conscious attitude to maintain a secure work environment
