The mission of the Finance, Legal and Risk Technology Department is to design, build, deliver, and operate scalable technology solutions that align with the strategic objectives of our Finance, Legal, and Risk functions at Aritzia.
Aritzia is growing and our Finance, Legal and Risk Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Finance technology solutions , with a direct hand in shaping Aritzia’s transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. As the Senior Solution Architect / Solution Architect, Finance Technology, you will be the design authority for Finance platforms, owning end-to-end solution architecture, architectural governance, integration patterns, data architecture, and technology roadmaps. You will work closely with p latform o wners, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics , and Cybersecurity, and partner cross-functionally with Finance stakeholders, our Compliance team , and external implementation partners to translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, supportable, and future-ready technology solutions. You will define technical blueprints, architecture decision records, reference architectures, integration strategies, and non-functional requirements that guide delivery and operations across Aritzia’s Finance systems. As the Senior Solution Architect / Solution Architect , Finance Technology , you will:
Lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of innovative technology solutions that meet current and future business needs across Finance, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Familiarity with retail-specific financial processes such as merchandise accounting, inventory valuation, revenue recognition, lease accounting, and multi-entity consolidation
Ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation: functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and solution design documents
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year . Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
