OutLash Beauty Boutique is seeking for a motivated lash artist + administrative assistant with a passion for the industry and a keen eye for attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal English communication required.
- At least one year of full time lash artist experience.
- At least one year of experience lashing in both Classic and Volume applications.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new methods and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Patience and respect.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Offer thorough client consultations; explaining services and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
- Deliver outstanding client experience in lash extensions, lash lifts and other services.
- Maintaining detailed records of client visits.
- Follow and maintain AHS guidelines; cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and disinfecting all instruments and equipment before each use.
- Maintaining a social media presence through Instagram through content creation and posting.
- Greet all visitors in a professional manner into the boutique.
- Direct and/or instruct visitors as required.
- Accept and field all incoming telephone calls and re-direct where required, answer inquiries take messages as appropriate.
- Maintain security access on premises during normal working hours.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory control.
- Contribute to team effort by completing other administrative tasks such as coordinating with our other location, assisting with marketing tasks, etc. within reasonable scope of work.
Hours, Pay and Benefits:
This position includes a guaranteed pay model of an hourly rate or commission -- whichever is higher. Hours are part-time to begin with but must be within Tuesday-Friday and every other Saturday with partial administrative duties. Health benefits through our group plan is available after your three month probationary period.

This position is for our Downtown location at 111, 5126 126 AVE SE.
