Wave Health is a multidisciplinary health clinic opening Q4 2026 on Calgary's iconic 4th Street in Mission. We offer integrated, expert-led care that feels as current and considered as the people it serves — occupying the space between premium healthcare and modern wellness, without compromising on either.
We're introducing comprehensive Nurse Practitioner–led primary care as the cornerstone of our integrated model. We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to build a modern, collaborative practice alongside rehabilitation, mental health, and lifestyle medicine — and help shape a new standard for primary care from the ground up.
The Opportunity
- A dedicated, purpose-built primary care consultation room designed to meet Alberta Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Program requirements
- The opportunity to build and manage your own longitudinal patient panel within a premium multidisciplinary clinic
- A collaborative, referral-driven environment across chiropractic, physiotherapy, psychology, dietetics, massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, and athletic therapy
- Strong internal collaboration for chronic disease management, musculoskeletal care, women’s health, mental health, preventative medicine, and lifestyle-focused care
Who You Are
- A Nurse Practitioner registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA), with professional liability protection
- Eligible to provide publicly funded primary care within Alberta’s Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Program
- An experienced, patient-centred clinician with excellent assessment, diagnostic, and longitudinal care skills
- Evidence-informed in your approach, with strong collaborative instincts and clear scope awareness
- Approachable, polished, and human — professionalism without ego
- Excited to help define the primary care arm of a brand-new clinic
