Job Overview
We are seeking a Pet Bather to join our team and assist in providing grooming services for our furry clients. This role involves working directly with pets and ensuring they are clean and comfortable during their grooming sessions.
Duties
- Bathe pets using appropriate shampoos and grooming techniques
- Dry pets thoroughly after bathing
- Brush out and detangle fur as needed
- Trim nails and clean ears
- Assist groomers with restraining animals during grooming procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bathing area
Experience
- Previous experience in pet grooming or bathing is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when moving pets or equipment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.82 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: In person
