We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and customer-service oriented veterinary receptionist to join the NPC team as a full-time or part-time “Park Ranger”.
Neighbourhood Pet Clinic is an independently-owned group of four clinics in London, ON. Our clinics are designed to look and feel like neighbourhood parks (complete with real plants and running water) providing a less stressful veterinary environment for dogs, cats, and their families.
Our Park Rangers are the critical liaison between the medical team and our “neighbours”. While primarily a General Practice, we also offer a wider range of advanced care options between our four clinics, helping to bridge the gap between GP and tertiary care. That means that as part of our Park Ranger team, you'll make a difference by coordinating care for pets in need, and will have more options to connect their families with quality, convenient, and accessible medical services through your work with NPC.
