Seeking Experienced Concrete Workers (Labourers & Finishers)

Duties
- Assist with concrete pouring, spreading, and finishing to create smooth, level surfaces.
- Set up formwork and molds using carpentry skills to shape concrete structures accurately.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints for added structural integrity.
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, compactors, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precise placement of materials.
- Perform masonry tasks including caulking, restoration, and flooring installation as needed.
- Support the installation of concrete forms and assist with concrete curing processes to ensure quality results.
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete work or related trades.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with heavy equipment operation are highly desirable.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment safely.
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and demanding manual labor throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, and welding is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols at all times.
