Role of the Hardscape Foreman/woman:
The role of the Hardscape Foreman/woman is best described as the back-bone of our operations here at Earthform. Your duties will consist of leading/mentoring a crew of 2-4 people installing various Hardscape projects on a daily basis.
At Earthform we have adopted a new team approach for project completion. Rather than an individual crew completing a job from start to finish, we have implemented a ‘special teams’ approach. Our Special Teams approach in Job Completion consists of Four Categories:
1. Excavation and Base Preparation Division
2. Pool Installation Division (Where applicable)
3. Hardscape/stonework Division
4. Landscape/Softscape Division
By implementing our new ‘special teams’ approach, we are able to allow our staff to do what they are good at and enjoy doing. Additionally, this new approach has proven to provide maximum efficiency on the jobsite and promotes a structured, organized, and enjoyable work environment. Each Division is fully outfitted and equipped with the correct tools, equipment, and people to get the job done the right way. Every day your scope of work will be directly communicated with you in a clear, well explained, precise manner by a project manager.
