Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
- Install new HVAC units and related equipment following schematics and technical specifications.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, explain solutions clearly, and recommend appropriate HVAC products or services.
- Conduct service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales by assessing client needs for plumbing, appliance repair, or construction-related services.
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving welding, boiler systems, or mechanical components.
- Maintain detailed service records, schematics documentation, and work logs to ensure accurate tracking of all activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC service work with a strong mechanical background.
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building systems enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Mechanical knowledge across various systems including HVAC units, boilers, and related appliances.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance tasks involving mechanical components or system troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients and team members alike.
