About the Role
Join our rapidly growing and successful cleaning company as a Professional Post-Construction Cleaner! In this role, you will assist with pre-delivery cleans in new build homes to prepare them for homeowner occupancy. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided—you just need to bring your work ethic and eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and polish all areas of new homes, including:
- Windows, shelves, and doors
- Bathrooms and kitchens
- Floors and baseboards
- Ensure all surfaces are spotless and ready for homeowner delivery
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team leads and site supervisors
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required due to travel between job sites)
- Ability to work flexible hours based on site needs
- Experienced cleaners preferred, but training provided for the right candidate
