**You will be traveling within the Vancouver, B.C. area approximately 25% of the time, and making great connections with the casino team throughout the country!!**
What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible for customer implementation of technical systems, software and hardware components, and configuring business processes.
Responsible for assisting with installation deployments of Everi products and third-party software either in-house or on-site for customers as needed.
Provides account status updates with weekly objectives; communicates emergency or unusual situations with Everi accounts to management.
Investigates emerging issues, provides preliminary analysis to management, and prepares detailed written reports as requested.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams ensuring efficient and effective deployment and maintenance of services.
Interacts with client upper management, including but not limited to, performing or assisting with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and correcting identified hardware/software issues and assisting with training and demonstrations for client staff and IT departments.
Provides ongoing training and support to casino personnel; explain new products or services with the goal of enhancing the relationship with Everi.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to read and design complex spreadsheets.
Demonstrated success implementing, deploying, and supporting servers.
Excellent ability to interface with existing customers and build strong relationships.
Demonstrated proficient analytical and problem-solving techniques.
Demonstrated sound technical and project management skills, including resource allocation, timely production of deliverables, and timely delivery of the product.
Previous Gaming Industry experience a nice to have but not required.
