Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Support Specialist provides administrative, operational, and marketing support to the Sales and Marketing teams to help drive customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and organizational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role works closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to coordinate sales activities, maintain accurate customer and CRM data, execute marketing initiatives, and support customer communications. The position also assists with trade show planning, project coordination, and the organization of marketing resources, ensuring the seamless execution of sales and marketing programs while delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Representatives and Account Managers to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales opportunities, and activities within the CRM system.
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media content, promotional materials, and other marketing programs.
- Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows.
- Customer follow-up with Congratulations and Coach emails.
- Maintain organized files, project documentation, and resources.
· Conduct market research and collect customer, association, and industry data
· Develop and maintain accurate sales databases and lead tracking systems
· Identify, organize, and follow up on potential business opportunities
· General administrative functions
· Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications & Skills
· Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, is considered an asset
· 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, customer service, or administrative roles
· Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and organize market, customer, and industry data
· Experience building and maintaining accurate customer, prospect, and contact databases
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
· Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality control
· Ability to identify sales opportunities, track leads, and support follow-up activities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence
· Ability to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for sales and management review
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Comfortable working independently while collaborating with sales and marketing
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are mandatory
· Knowledge of cross border paperwork is an asset
· Willingness to support administrative and operational tasks across departments as required

Pay: $34,400.00-$104,357.35 per year
