The incumbent may prepare correspondence, reports, statements and other material, operate office equipment, verify, record and process forms and documents such as contracts and requisitions and perform general clerical duties according to established procedures.
Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, forms, presentations, applications and other documents
Provide general information to staff regarding company or program rules, regulations and procedures
Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Sort and file documents according to established filing systems and/or document control (SharePoint), locate and retrieve documents from files as requested and maintain records of filed and removed materials, archiving materials and scanning files
Maintain and prepare reports
Assist with administrative procedures such as budget submissions, contracts administration and work schedules
May sort, process and verify receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents
Log and file Ministry ordnances and site instructions etc.
Download and file site photos and distribute as directed
Assist Manager with meetings, prepare agendas and meeting minutes
Maintain equipment inventory
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
May require occasional site visits.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
College administrative diploma or related field
Proficient in MS Office
Previous SAP experience is an asset
Valid driver’s license
