We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help build a strong candidate pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct calling engage potential candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR sourcing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
