What we pay (We believe in transparency) :
- $23.00/hour to start — matching what the biggest agencies pay on day one
- $24.00/hour after 90 days
- $25.00/hour after 6 months
- +$1.00/hour language-match premium when your language skills are used on a placement
The work:
- Companion care: conversation, walks, meals, activities, check-ins
- Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, safe transfers
- Respite coverage and light home help (meal prep, tidying, errands)
- Non-medical only — no nursing tasks

What you'll need:
- PSW certificate from a recognized Ontario program (or equivalent experience — we'll consider strong caregivers)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one — we'll guide you)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
