Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Manage cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food handling, safety procedures, and overall cleanliness.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in hospitality.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS for efficient cashiering and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively without sacrificing quality.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order management.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and stay composed while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with table service in the bar and restaurant as needed.
- Verify customers meet the legal drinking age.
- Safely lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and report on time.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
