Berrymore is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our growing café team. We specialize in smoothie bowls, smoothies, cold brews, dirty sodas, and fresh food in a fast-paced, fun environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has 2–3 years of relevant food service, café, kitchen, or restaurant experience
✔ Is comfortable opening and closing the business
✔ Can work independently and be trusted as a key holder
✔ Works well under pressure during busy rushes
✔ Has strong customer service and sales skills
✔ Is upbeat, friendly, and naturally personable
✔ Enjoys chatting with customers and creating a positive experience
✔ Is organized, dependable, and takes initiative
✔ Can handle both front-of-house and kitchen duties
✔ Has a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience
- Clover or Square POS systems
- Uber Eats merchant tablet/system
- Cash handling
- Inventory and stocking
- Food preparation and kitchen operations
Daily Responsibilities
- Opening and closing procedures
- Preparing smoothies, bowls, drinks, and food
- Providing excellent customer service
- Upselling menu items and promotions
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Receiving deliveries and restocking inventory
- Working independently during quieter shifts
- Supporting the team during busy periods
