Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
