Piper Arms Kitchener is currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Follow all Smart Serve regulations and company policies
- Accurately process orders and payments
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of bartending experience required
- Valid Smart Serve Certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
