Role: ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months extendable contract
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expertise in designing and optimizing business processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and clients.
- Configuration on the ServiceNow platform.
