Client Service Representative (CSR)

Position Overview: The Client Service Representative’s primary focus is to create an exceptional client experience while remining friendly, compassionate and professional. The CSR is primarily responsible for coordinating client appointments, facilitating the majority of client communications and ensuring that all client needs are met.

This position does include evening and weekend shifts.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 years (required)
- Avimark Veterinary Software: 1 years (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
