Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Process payments using a POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Excellent math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for customers
