Job Summary
The Gymnastics Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the gymnastics program by providing administrative support to coaches, athletes, and management. This position involves managing communications, maintaining accurate records, organizing schedules, and delivering excellent customer service to gym members and families.
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Experience handling clerical duties such as filing and administrative support is necessary.
- passion for gymnastics or youth sports is a bonus!!
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
