Job Summary
MJ Group is seeking a Bilingual Real Estate Investment Specialist to work with French and English-speaking investors across Canada interested in investing in real estate opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with French and English-speaking investors.
- Present our exclusive real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with prospective investors.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
- Coordinate with lenders, lawyers, developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (required).
- Experience in real estate, investment sales, or a related field is a definite asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Passion for real estate investing and helping clients achieve their investment goals.
