Temporary FullTime Early Childhood Educator (ECE)
Term: September 2026 – August 2027 (1year term, possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Location: Squamish, BC
Position Overview
We are seeking a certified Early Childhood Educator to join our licensed childcare program for children under 5. The ideal candidate is reliable, collaborative, and committed to highquality early learning.
Required Qualifications
Current ECE Certification
Minimum 3 years experience in a licensed childcare program with children under 5
Clear Criminal Record Check
First Aid & CPR/AED Level B (or equivalent)
English proficiency for professional communication
Good physical health
Reliable and punctual
Good repute and professional conduct
Knowledge of the BC Early Learning Framework (BCELF)
Familiarity with ReggioInspired practices
Compensation & Benefits
$23 to 26/hour, plus BC government wage top up
2 weeks paid vacation per year
