ABB Electrification business (EL) is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.
The system administration supervisor is tasked with leading a team of individuals who maintain key information in our local ordering system (ERP).
This group is responsible for operationalizing the various initiatives impacting our sales team and customers (price increases, special reporting, quotation updates, customer data maintenance, etc.).
This candidate is responsible for maintaining customer master data efficiently and accurately across all ABB systems (ERPs, quotation tools, etc.). They will lead all data synchronization initiatives with our customers thereby reducing the number of errors at order entry, rebate claims, invoicing, etc...
The candidate is also tasked with answering special requests from customers on custom reports on an "as-needed" basis.
Document, prepare and present strategy as to what the department's priorities are and ensure it is always kept current
Ensure workload is split evenly within the entire team
Identify and document current state of training of each team member, and prepare training strategy accordingly
Support the proper implementation of various new processes which will impact the team
Document and deploy customer master data strategy (reviewing account lists, account maintenance, etc.)
Ensure that Customer Master Data is maintained efficiently and accurately in defined systems by defining process and working with various teams to implement strategy
Track master data deficiencies on a regular basis and report them to management along with suggestions on how to improve

5 years' experience in managing a team
3 years' experience with master data
Knowledgeable with the following software:
Excel, Access and O365 suite
6Sigma white belt, preferred
Bachelor's degree, preferred
