The Role
As an Administrative and Sales Associate, your time will be split between managing client accounts, handling inbound/outbound consumer inquiries (Inside Sales), and hit the field to build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals (Outside Sales).
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative, Operations and Executive Support
- Handle daily operational and administrative tasks, including processing new orders and preparing/shipping collection kits.
- Coordinate client specimen return shipments and ensure seamless logistics with laboratory teams.
- Assist with client billing, renewals, and proactive follow-ups on delinquent accounts.
- Assist company executives with personal and business errands, pick-ups, and coordinate local appointments, scheduling, reminders, task tracking, office organization etc.
2. Inside Sales (Client-Facing)
- Manage inbound client inquiries via phone and email, confidently addressing questions to remove roadblocks to conversion.
- Execute strategic outbound follow-ups with warm leads (expecting parents) to nurture relationships and facilitate enrollment.
- Provide empathetic, top-tier customer service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
3. Outside Sales (Healthcare Provider-Facing)
- Conduct field-based visits to OB-GYN clinics, midwifery practices, and hospitals to promote Healthcord’s services.
- Present our clinical advantages confidently to medical professionals in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Build, grow, and maintain a robust network of healthcare provider relationships to drive consistent patient referrals.
- Manage the distribution of promotional and educational marketing materials to partner clinics.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Bioscience, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service is preferred
- Communication Style: An exceptional communicator who is equally comfortable guiding an expecting parent over the phone and building clinical rapport with a physician in the field.
- Mobility: Possess a valid driver’s license .
- Work Ethic: A highly organized self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment.
- Mindset: Versatile, empathetic, results-driven, and passionate about healthcare and wellness.
