Post-Acute Care Account Manager (Remote - Los Angeles, CA)

Patients at long-term care, skilled-nursing, rehabilitation, sub-acute care, long-term acute care, homecare and hospice facilities and services have different medical supply and equipment needs to recover or remain as healthy as possible. McKesson's extensive portfolio of medical supplies and equipment offers your extended care site the industry's largest array of products your patients need, both now and as their medical conditions change. Medical supplies and equipment are available in 23 product categories, including durable medical equipment, home care supplies and oxygen equipment and supplies.

Responsible for selling products and/or services to a group of clients and identify new and potential customers in order to reach the project profitability and billing levels within an assigned sales territory and/or account. Activities include: negotiation, sale, installation or delivery, and post-sale services. Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements. Handles less complex assignments and partners with more senior representatives or supervisor to close sales when necessary. The territory for this position is Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will reside in South LA, Long Beach, or North Orange County.

Minimum Requirements
4+ years sales experience

Critical Skills

Demonstrated cold calling and prospecting skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain existing customer base
Demonstrated experience consistently hitting and or over achieving sales objectives.
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Proficiency with Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Healthcare Sales experience including selling into any of the following Long Term Care, Extended Care, Home Health,
Hospice, DME, and/or Wound Care

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Healthcare Distribution experience.

4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
