TrueCraft Maritime Renovations is looking for a skilled Bathroom Renovator to join our team. This role works alongside a Lead Hand, supporting full bathroom renovations and ensuring high-quality execution on every project.
Responsibilities
- Full bathroom renovations from demolition to final finishes
- Perform demolition, framing adjustments, and site preparation
- Support installation of bathtubs, shower systems, and waterproofing
- Hang drywall, plaster, sand, and paint
- Complete tile installation (showers, floors, backsplashes)
- Install vanities, toilets, fixtures, and accessories
- Perform finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinetry)
- Follow direction from Lead Hand to maintain workflow and timelines
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in bathroom or residential renovations
- Solid skills in tiling, basic carpentry, and general renovation work
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Own basic tools + reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
