Heavy Equipment Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Heavy Duty Trucks, Semi Trucks and Trailers
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform routine inspections, welding, assembly, and component repairs
- Troubleshoot engine and transmission issues
- Maintain accurate service records
- Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
- Communicate clearly regarding repairs and maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven heavy equipment or dealership mechanic experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial and farm equipment systems
- Skilled with schematics, diagnostic tools, welding, and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift heavy components and operate equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$45.00 per hour
