What this challenge is about
Ivanhoé Cambridge’s security practices are constantly evolving. The IT Security team assists with and undertakes numerous projects, manages IT security risks for the Company and is also responsible for all aspects of everyday operational security. The intern will work directly with members of the security team and assist security consultants in their various tasks. As a result, he or she will gain hands-on experience guided by experts in the field.
Competencies and knowledge to be gained during the internship:
Ability to identify and evaluate security risks;
Experience in an IT security team;
Teamwork and cooperation skills.
Development of transferable job skills:
Interacting with the range of IT stakeholders is a great opportunity for the intern to identify specific areas of interest.
What we’re looking for
University student in third year of a bachelor’s degree in Administration, computer engineering or information technology;
Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Effective written and spoken communication skills;
Curious, motivated, flexible, responsible, quick to take initiative.
