Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing guests with a welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards, including food presentation and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Replenish food supplies and ensure the buffet or serving stations are well-stocked throughout service hours
- Monitor food safety practices and adhere to health regulations at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service, including organizing utensils, condiments, and other supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
Experience
- Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred
- Experience in food service, serving, or food preparation is advantageous
- Barista experience or background in hospitality can be beneficial for this role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is desirable
