Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaner to join our team serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional residential cleaning services, ensuring clients’ homes are spotless and welcoming. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Fluency in English is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or customer service. This position is paid and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with each visit
- Maintain a high level of organization in scheduling and documenting completed work
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages, ie: Farsi, Mandarin or Cantonese are a plus
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with laundry and basic household chores is advantageous
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation for travel between client locations within the GTA area
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to safety standards

Pay: $23.00-$27.50 per hour
