Position Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist is the face of Liorea Lounge. This role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, strong sales ability, and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to build lasting relationships with clients while ensuring every guest receives a five-star experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to emails, text messages, and social media inquiries.
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments accurately.
- Recommend salon, spa, and medical aesthetic services.
- Promote memberships, packages, retail products, and seasonal promotions.
- Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Process payments, invoices, gift cards, and memberships.
- Follow up with clients after appointments.
- Contact potential and existing clients regarding promotions and bookings.
- Assist with administrative duties and daily salon operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
