Responsibilities:
- Cooking pizzas, wrapping donairs, Pasta
- Washing and chopping vegetables. Cutting, slicing, and grilling meats
- Making a variety of sauces
- Monitoring food stock and placing orders
- Preparing appetizers such as salads and wings
- Maintaining a clean cooking station and sterilizing equipment
- Training to new hire and supervise them for all the store compliance
- Must be capable to resolve any customer complaint with full of politely
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Work experience as Kitchen Staff or similar role in a restaurant
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and its maintenance
- Understanding of food hygiene, temperature criteria
- Good time management skills and punctual personality
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Able to do physical duties such as lifting up to 30kg needed.
Hours: 32-40 per week or more depending or requirements
