Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a fun and immersive experience for our guests while facilitating the escape games. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest interaction, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. A successful candidate will be available to work on holidays and on the weekends, as well as be available to pick up emergency shifts as required.
Your Mission (should you choose to accept it) will include:
- Lead and facilitate escape room sessions, ensuring all participants understand the rules and objectives.
- Create an engaging atmosphere by interacting with guests, encouraging participation, and maintaining high energy levels.
- Manage game logistics, including setup, reset, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when necessary.
- Ensuring both the rooms and the common areas in their entirety are kept clean and sanitized.
- Have fun while doing all of the above!
Requirements
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in customer service/entertainment industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor that promotes a welcoming atmosphere.
- Must be available to work on the weekends as well as pick up emergency shifts as needed.

- Trades skills: electrical work, woodworking, basic handiness.
- Art skills: paint, decor, acting.
- Social media management: scheduling Instagram/FB stories and posts, editing and shooting reels
