Requirements:
Bartender (min. 1 year) Server (min. 2 year)
Smart serve certification
Weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
Opening and closing duties
Provide a welcoming and consistent level of service to guests
Provide dine in service and receive takeout orders
Experience with high volume takeout and delivery
Knowledge in South East Asian cuisine and Chinese food an asset
Inventory and knowledge of alcohol
Knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology techniques
Ability to work in high volume settings
