We are looking for an experienced Digital Out Bound Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue by selling advertising space on our website.
This position is exclusively dedicated to sales responsibilities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with businesses, ad agencies, and third-party networks who want to buy advertising placements on our website to reach our audience. You will not be responsible for designing the website, creating graphics, or handling web development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and actively reach out to potential advertisers, ad agencies, and third-party resellers
- Develop and sell custom advertising packages, sponsorships, and pricing structures
- Secure direct advertising deals as well as programmatic ad sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and ad placement terms
- Manage ongoing relationships with advertisers and ensure their campaigns perform successfully
- Oversee the implementation and scheduling of approved ad placements (banners, display ads, sponsored content, etc.)
- Track campaign performance and provide clear reports and summaries to advertisers
- Work to maximize revenue from our website’s existing traffic and ad inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, or online advertising
- Proven track record of selling advertising space, sponsorships, or digital media packages
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and revenue targets
Assets (Nice-to-Haves)
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Experience selling website advertising inventory or digital sponsorships
- Background working with programmatic networks, ad agencies, or ad resellers
- Familiarity with tools such as Google AdSense, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and website traffic growth strategies
Note: This is an outbound sales role, not a designer or development position, and only candidates with outbound sales experience will be considered.
