Job Summary

Job Description
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, moving, and handling materials
- Support multiple operational functions and assist teams as needed
- Empty trash containers and collect recyclable materials
- Set up conference rooms, auditoriums, and shared spaces as required
- Clean cafeterias, lunchrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas and surrounding facilities
- Operate equipment and support plant operations following training and procedures
- Use plant software and equipment controls under guidance and authorization
- Follow instructions and established guidelines to complete assigned work
- Maintain flexibility to work across different operational areas based on business needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills Required
- Experience performing general labor and facility support tasks
- Ability to safely operate industrial equipment
- Knowledge of standard workplace practices and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Comfortable using PPE and following safety standards
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work assignments and schedules
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4–6 years of related work experience preferred
- Certified Forklift Operator (Required)
- Bobcat Operator Certification (Required)
- Willingness to complete or maintain training in:
- Scissor Lift Operation
- Fall Protection
- Pesticide Applicator Licensing
- Respirator and Dust Mask Use
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procedures including safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and high-visibility clothing
- Confined Space Training (Preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Shift Start: 08:00 AM
- Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and Saturdays as needed
- Ability to work under immediate supervision with limited independent judgment
- Willingness to work across multiple work sites as required by business needs
- Ability to support operational changes throughout shifts and weekly assignments
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $30.64 to $38.64 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
