Experienced STONE OVEN Pizza Chef Wanted – Help Launch Our New Pizza Department!
We’re expanding our Greek restaurant and looking for an experienced Stone oven pizza chef with line cooking experience to help us set up and run our brand-new pizza department.
Hours:
- Tuesday to THURSDAY: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- ( FRIDAY & Saturday & Sunday): 11:00 AM – 10 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with STONE OVEN PIZZA
- Skilled in Neapolitan-style or artisanal pizza
- Comfortable with line cooking during busy services
- Able to design a pizza menu, manage prep, and set up the kitchen efficiently
- Team player with leadership potential to run the pizza station
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the head chef/owner to launch the pizza department
- Manage daily prep and maintain high food quality
- Train and possibly lead additional staff for pizza production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
