Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Manager to oversee our Golf Simulator Business with possibility of Ownership . This leadership role involves managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Golf Simulator Tech and customer service,. As the Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, maintaining high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the golf simulator facility, including scheduling
- Ensuring the Simulators are working properly at all times.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring a friendly, professional, and engaging atmosphere
- Manage reservations, and walk-in guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times
Requirements
- A Golf background or a Golf Professional that wants to run there own business would be an asset.
- Strong Familiarity with the UneeKor Golf Simulators.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cash and credit card and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
- Organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience managing a business or team in a recreational or hospitality setting is a plus
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
