Ontario Conservatory of Music has small displays consisting of a table and a couple of pull-up signs that are set up in mall hallways, retail spaces, and grocery stores.
Our displays provide an opportunity for the general public to submit their information to receive a Free, No Cost & No Obligation musical aptitude test for children.
Your role with supervising the display will be to obtain information for those families that would like their children tested.
This role requires a strong interpersonal marketing ability as you will be attempting to create leads from the public as they pass the display.
Current display locations:
- Victoria Park
- Lawrence Allen Centre
- Centerpoint Mall
- Downsview
- Albion mall
Other position focus points:
- Although a vehicle is not necessary it would be a definite asset for travel to the venues.
- This position requires standing for long periods of time at the venue or kiosk.
- Your job would be to provide information on the free music test provided and record the family information in a professional and customer service based manner.
- We provide a daily transit allowance to cover the cost of transit. This would include a fuel allowance if you use your own car!
Job requirements
- Languages: English
- Experience: 1 - 2 years.
- Public Transit is available but owning your own vehicle is an asset.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Specific Skills: Access and process information, Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
