JerseyMoo is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Success & Operations Coordinator to help manage our day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer support. This is a mostly remote position, with occasional in-person meetings or training in Oakville when required.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Manage customer subscriptions, including creating, modifying, pausing, rescheduling, and canceling recurring orders.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Proactively follow up with customers who cancel their subscriptions or stop ordering, understand their concerns, and work to win them back by offering appropriate solutions and exceptional service.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Maintain customer records, operational documents, and administrative reports.
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock management.
- Build and optimize daily delivery routes for our drivers.
- Monitor deliveries in real time and communicate with drivers to ensure every delivery is completed successfully.
- Follow up on delayed or missed deliveries and keep customers informed.
- Coordinate with our production and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are accurate and ready on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service, customer success, or operations experience is preferred.
- Experience with Shopify, subscription management, inventory systems, CRM software, or route planning software is an asset.
